This is how you can tell I'm a terrible person...

I'm reading the outraged comments on the latest chapter of The Boss, and my face is like this:

You guys have made my week.

New BtVS recap is in the works, see you soon!

  2. Ahhhh, I didn't realise there was more up, I rely on your posts here for new chapters. But now I have four chapters to enjoy once I've finished revising, so that's something to motivate me.

  3. Oh Jenny why give us another place to vent?????

In reality, I'm more pissed off at the tweet sent to you insinuating we are all anti-feminist mysognists for dissing Sophie's inactivity!! F***ing cheek of it.

Still loving you're book but wishing it was not taking up my whole day & night seething ;)
    xx

    1. LOL, I love that people are having an emotional reaction to all of this, and really, if it makes conflict and discussion, that's even better! (As mad as the tweet made you, did you check out the link the same tweep sent along? The article was really cool, and if you're into fandom stuff, it articulates a lot of stuff I've noticed but haven't been able to comment on coherently, LOL).

  4. I've come to rely on your postings here as well rather than check the other blog constantly (which I may or may not do with this one <.<). It seems I missed/skipped some chapters and am off to correct this immediately.

Do you think there is a way to add a 'next post' or some such button to each entry? I'll go through the table of contents on the other blog and manually click through each one to check if I've read it, but as the number of chapters grows it becomes a bit harder on the ol' carpal tunnel I've got going. Either way I'm off to read the missed chapters! Wooo

    1. I will add that to the list of blog stuff to do! Someone asked about that for the Buffy and 50 Shades recaps, as well, so I want to do that there, too. I just have to find the time when I'm not like, obsessed with whatever I'm writing at the moment. :D

    2. On mobile I can swipe left and right for the previous and next post.

      It's pretty cool.

  5. Oh, just wait until the end. And the cliffhanger. Best/worst line in that book is the last line of the last chapter.

    1. This is absolutely true. I've been boring my friends, talking about the last chapter, for days. (Hopefully they're not so sick of me by now that they'll finally check it out.) It was quite phenomenal! Jenny, you can't leave us hanging for long.

    2. I tried scrolling down to read more... but there was no more. I was a sad panda.

I had to make a meme.

  7. AAAHHHHHH! Fantastic ending!!

I'm really enjoying the character development and the storyline. I want to know what's going to happen to Sophie and Neil. Will Porteras fail?? Will Jenny's fans flip out?

What a difference - reading a real author. Thanks!!

  8. You know I thought that Sophie had made a dick move by not outing Jake and Gabriella too. But she's 24, she has PLENTY of time to make PLENTY more dick moves. She's human. We all screw up.

  9. I'm still in a state of denial. I keep hoping that I'll open up the link and there will be more. I Love Jenny, but that just made me smoke a pack of cigarettes and half a bottle of sangria.

Say some stuff! If you can't think of anything to say, leave a link to a cute dog picture. I'm easy.
